TerraBuild started from something we kept watching happen: a buyer with access to thousands of products and no way to find one partner who understood the technical requirement, checked what was actually being offered, and was still there when the container landed. Access was never the problem. Accountability was.
A good product is the easy part. Someone has to understand the specification, write an offer that hides nothing, make the evidence match the exact item being shipped, and know who is responsible for the goods at every point. We do that as one team rather than four disconnected ones.

Our backgrounds run across China, Australia and the Maldives, and that is deliberate. Supply works when factory capability, technical requirements, commercial expectations and site reality all point the same way. Getting them to point the same way is the job.
The company is being established with registration in China, and the team works in the time zones where the sourcing happens rather than reviewing it from a distance. When a drawing is queried or an inspection finds something, the person who can act on it is inside the factory's working day, not a night behind it.
